Kim did a fantastic job of organizing the showings of our rental property. She let us know ahead of time when the showings were scheduled for as well as the results of those showings. She presented multiple offers in a timely manor. After we accepted an offer, she kept us up to date on the results of various inspections. It was a pleasure working with her.
