About Kimberly

As a previous Broker/Owner of a Real Estate Franchise and preferred REO agent for Fannie Mae, I have sold hundreds of properties in Central Florida since 2010.

From growing up on the Space Coast to graduating from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights, Charge On!!) and raising my children in Oviedo which is a suburb of Orlando, my heart is fully ingrained in the Central Florida lifestyle. I have a passion for the water, the rockets, the parks, the hiking, the biking, you name it.

I also thoroughly enjoy helping homeowners and families successfully navigate the process of buying, selling and investing in this area. Real Estate offers so many opportunities not only for raising our families, but for building wealth as well. Having raised two children in this area who are now building their families and making some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives here, I fully understand the family friendly communities and opportunities this area offers.

Kim Campbell and all of Century 21 Oviedo are outstanding. She was with us from start to finish and even let us bother her with phone calls and texts way past normal hours. She’s kind, thoughtful, and full of experience. She will be in your corner ready to fight for you.

Kim was my realtor and she did a wonderful job helping me find a home that I felt at home in, and it wasn't an easy task, but she was patient. Because of the pandemic I thought it would be a bit of a challenge but honestly it was the easiest home buying experience I've had out of the 3 so far. She was knowledgeable of the area I was looking to reside at, even giving me her thoughts but not opinions. Kim helped me come to a fair negotiation on the price, we just seemed to be on the same page. I would highly recommend her and Century 21 Oviedo Realty to my friends and family. They definitely made buying a home on my own a comfortable and easy experience.
