Kimberly is one of a kind! Our experience with Kimberly was absolutely brilliant. From the very beginning, she made us feel taken care of and supported through every step of the process which made us feel calm and gave us complete trust in her guidance. Kimberly is incredibly well respected and knows the DMV market like no one else.

Thanks to her expertise and persistence, she was actually able to somehow win our dream home for us even though there was tremendous interest in the house and we were severely outbid - something I thought wasn't even possible. She somehow made this happen and won this against all odds. And this was actually the second time that Kimberly was able to achieve this miracle for us as we bought another house with her already a few year ago and there were higher offers as well.

Kimberly and her team members, Kayla and Michael, went above and beyond in all aspects so we never felt overwhelmed. What really stood out was how fair and thoughtful she was with everyone involved. She worked tirelessly to make sure the deal worked for all sides and her kindness and empathy immediately built an atmosphere of trust and respect for everyone involved which was the very foundation for this deal. It is very rare to find someone who cares so much about her clients and is looking for a path for everyone to win.

We are so grateful for Kimberly. Without her we wouldn't have our dream home!
