My family had a fantastic condominium remodel/sales experience with Kimberly Casey and her energetic Team! Every detail had to be handled with expediency because we were on a tight timeline. No real estate transaction would be complete without a few fire drills, but I always knew Kimberly had my back and everything was under control. This peace of mind allowed me to conduct the entire project and sales transaction remotely from Florida! We have worked with Kimberly and her team on both a purchase and a sale. As new DC residents, we did not know where to turn for real estate guidance and  although having met a few realtors at open houses, none seemed like an appropriate fit. That's when I called Kimberly after reviewing her website and glowing reviews. Within minutes of speaking with Kimberly, I knew it would be an excellent fit. Her vivacious personality immediately put me at ease and it was as if we were two old friends catching up after years apart. As buyers, we were very specific about what we were seeking down to a two block radius. Kimberly was frank and told us it would be a difficult task based on the market conditions at that time, but she didn't shy away from the challenge. She was going to find us the perfect home and that's exactly what she did! Later, when we were relocating and needed to sell, enlisting Kimberly and her team again was an easy decision. We thought that finding a home with the features we wanted, in the heart of the city, and at our price point was going to be a difficult task made harder by the fact that we were searching remotely from hundreds of miles away. However, having worked with Kimberly in the past, we had the utmost confidence in the ability of her and her team to find us the perfect place. Somehow, these lofty expectations were even exceeded by the quality of their work. Kimberly and her operations manager Anthony were prompt, dedicated, and efficient. On short notices they arranged walkthroughs and made themselves available to talk. Their assessments of properties were honest and practical. Anthony would often facetime call me, show me every nook and cranny of a home, point out any areas of concern, and discuss how our needs matched up with this particular unit. They also didn’t hesitate to act as true advocates when it came to addressing questions or concerns with sellers and listing agents.
