Kim is an amazing realtor and person. She works tirelessly to ENSURE you know what's going on from Day 1 through Closing. IF she doesn't answer her phone, she calls back very quickly. She's also super quick at replying to emails. Kim knows the real estate business and is very thorough during property viewings. Kim is someone that will make sure you get the best deal possible and will not stand for her clients getting the short end of the stick.

While taxes, insurance and mortgage issues are not her primary area of expertise, her knowledge on them is extensive and a question never went unanswered even if she had to do some research, and it was always a quick response (with links via email if applicable as references and further research if one needed or wanted).

The market is tough right now, houses are going quickly, but Kim tirelessly searched for houses based on my needs and not a day went by that she wasn't emailing, texting or calling me about a property she thought I should look at (including Saturdays and Sundays).

Kim is very thorough during viewings as stated earlier. Her keen eye never missed a potential or definite issue with a listed property that, although the house was "perfect", she would explain potential (or definite) issues down the road that could end up being a huge headache and/or cost a lot of money to fix/repair/replace later.

Whether you're in the market to buy or sell, Kim is withtout a doubt your person to get the job done. It's not like you use a realtor often, but if I ever do have the need, I wont hesitate in tracking her down and working with her again. It's a no brainer.
