If you want the best realtor in southern Illinois, look no further!! Kim really made the process of buying our home smooth and easy! We figured it wouldn't be easy to look at homes with our busy lives, but she really worked around our schedules! She was very quick to answer all of our questions and keep us updated and gave encouragement throughout the process! What may have impressed me even more was when we listed the house we moved out of with her. It had some issues and Kim really listened to how we wanted it sold. She got us an offer (which we accepted) in just 6 days!! What can I say but wow! Kim is very knowledgeable and is always honest with you!! Those can be hard qualities to find these days! I would highly recommend her to anyone and would most definitely work with her again if I ever need to!
