Kimberly Edwards-Grady did an awesome job for me! What I liked about her was her willingness to consistently help me find what I was looking for. I was not sure how to put it into words but I had a vision. Her gift I guess is knowing how to see your vision also. She did this, by asking a lot of questions. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I think this is her best quality, she does not come across with a nagging pressure to sell. I have a strong personality and when someone tries to be overbearing, it discourages me from working with that person. I also liked how she would suggest a few properties for me to consider without that hard sell again. It worked for me. I really love my home and where I live.

We were in the market for a new home, and happened upon Michelle. She was extremely helpful with the process. We had quite a few items on our checklist. Michelle worked diligently burning the midnight oil to put properties in front of us that met our criteria. We considered existing properties and new construction. We finally settled on new construction and found the perfect location. We could not have done it without her expertise. Michelle is very easy to work with, she is detail oriented and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a truly dedicated realtor.
