Kimberly Fry

Being a professional Realtor was a natural progression in Kim's career path and is her passion. Kim found her way to Austin after graduating from Texas State University with a BBA in Business Management in 2005 - Eat'em Up Cats!

Her career began recruiting for large businesses transitioning to the construction field, to help custom and commercial builders change the Austin landscape. In 2008 Kim and her husband established Brodie Builders, LLC - a residential development company building spec homes in Central Austin.

In 2009 she obtained her real estate license. Kim's continued hard work and tenacity has helped grow her business to continually have multimillion-dollar annual sales volume helping clients in all of Austin and surrounding cities. With her strong communicative skills and expertise, Kim has been able to sell her listings quickly and ultimately find my buyers their dream home.
