Organized, professional, informative, focused. Kim identified all of the particular charges, inspections, possible, impediments, and provided counsel on what the best solutions might look like it. The result optimized the sale, reduced our stress, while, keeping us informed until the deal closed. Our deal had complications pertaining to a trust with us being the successor trustees. Kim worked closely with the title company to facilitate a smooth sale. We really appreciated all her work, her attitude, and her genuine concern for us as clients.

Working with Kim was one of the best decisions we made when buying a house. Any anxiety that came from entering the bay area housing market was quickly eased after our first meeting.
