Kim was my agent for selling my condo and all I can say is she exceeded all my expectations! We were listing right at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, and I had little hope that we’d be able to get through the entire process without major delays, lack of buyers, and therefore, lowball pricing.
Not only did Kim’s expertise pack so many potential buyers into my unit that it was shoulder to shoulder... but she also got me a significantly higher price than asking!!
I continuously had doubts that we’d be able to get to closing without interruption, but alas we made it without a single delay and Kim made all the legal ins and outs of selling my first property a breeze! She will definitely represent me in my next purchase as well as any future purchases/sales. Thanks again Kim, you were a lifesaver!!!
