We were first-time buyers in many ways after 30+ years in one house. Kimberly represented us in a crazy sellers’ market and tirelessly worked to make sure we got our North Georgia dream home. Her responsiveness, communication skills, knowledge of the market, contracts, skillful strategic approach to negotiations, calm manner and tenacity got us through the entire transaction comfortably. Kimberly prepared us well and explained things in a way that was easy to understand from house shopping considerations, getting pre-approved, making offers while balancing the negotiation, and lining up the right contractors during Due Diligence. Kimberly is a consummate professional. When we were considering a move, she immediately offered to prepare a market analysis for us, and delivered a comprehensive product quickly and professionally. She did this without any consideration as to whether she would obtain a listing, and didn't pressure us at all. Her attention to details and prompt answers to all of our questions were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Kimberly!
