Kim has also owned and operated a very successful interior design and staging company, called Marlowe Lane. She is able to offer design guidance and suggestions to her buyers as they look for homes and also offers superior staging services to all of her sellers. Every listing Kim puts on the market is staged to sell with the goal of making her clients top dollar. Kim has been very successful utilizing her design expertise to help her sellers with remodels prior to listing too, which has repeatedly resulted in her clients making more profit.

Prior to becoming a top producing realtor, Kim graduated with a finance and accounting bachelor degree from Baylor University. She continued on to graduate with a professional MBA from the University of Denver while also spending 9+ years working in corporate finance for a Fortune 500 company. Kim finally made the jump from the corporate world into her true passion of real estate and has never looked back! As some say, "do something you love, and you will never work a day in your life!"

Kim has been a resident of Colorado since 2009 and is an expert on neighborhoods throughout the Denver metro area. When she is not helping clients, she is fulfilling the very important role of being a dedicated wife to her husband, Shawn, and being a loving mom to her three children, Colton, Harper, and Grayson. She loves living in Colorado and exploring the outdoors throughout all of the seasons. She is a Colorado licensed broker and a member of the Denver Metro Realtor Association and National Association of Realtors.
