Kimberly Brown is an outstanding realtor. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly she’s caring. When we first contacted Ms Brown we were interested in downsizing. This meant selling our family home of 30 years and moving into a condo. Not certain of what or how to do it Kim patiently guided us through the process. The end result was that she sold our home in record time for substantially more than our asking price. Then she found our dream home condo, perfectly downsized, beautiful in every way, and at a price that fit nicely into out budget! My husband and I are more than satisfied with Kimberly Brown, and we highly recommend her as a real estate agent and representative of home buyers and sellers
