About Kimberly
Like many living in this part of Illinois, I’m a transplant — born and raised in central Wisconsin. After earning my degree in geography from Valparaiso University and spending time in graduate school at NIU, I worked as a GIS analyst for a county government. Not long after, I married my husband, a real estate attorney and the son of a local developer, and spent the next 22 years raising our three kids, volunteering in the community, and helping at his law firm when needed.
Even while my career shifted, my love of geography — space, place, scale, and time — never left. Watching the local landscape grow and change has been a geographer’s dream, and stepping into residential real estate felt Like a natural next chapter. Although I’m newer to the role of broker, my background, combined with a lifelong connection to the real estate world, gives me a perspective and awareness that consistently supports my clients.
My rookie year (2025) included 20 transactions and more than $7.5 million in volume, and I was honored to be recognized as a john greene Realtor Top Producer for July, August, and September. I value open communication, keeping my clients informed, and being real and authentic throughout the process.
Most days, you’ll find me touring homes or scouting land in my Bronco, with my sidekick rescue Crouton not far behind. That sense of curiosity and connection is at the heart of how I work — showing up as myself, being real with people, and helping them make decisions that feel right.
The reason I do this ties back to a line from Maya Angelou: “The ache for home lives in all of us.” That’s the “why” behind my work. Home should feel safe, grounding, and completely yours, and my goal is for my clients to feel supported, not overwhelmed, as they move toward that place.
Whether you’re selling or purchasing, I’m here to listen closely, communicate clearly, and guide you with honesty. I’d be grateful for the opportunity to help with your next move.
