This was our first time selling a house. Kim Mathias made the process so easy. Came to the house and told us what needed to be fixed or easy updates that we could make for good viewing potential. She answer calls or a fast call back, text when we were stressed about what needed to happen next. She was honest on the price we were possible going to recieve and helped us stage the house. The people she choses to work with(photographer, lender, etc.) so great we recieve way more then our asking price. I couldn't be happier with the job and professionalism that she showed us through the whole process! Thank you so much Kim!!

Kimmy made home-owning almost painless in the end. After some craziness involving Veterans United and with less than a week before our original closing date, she was able to pull it all off with another local lender (Core Bank, Joe Drollinger specifically!) who worked tirelessly to make sure we could still move in to our new home within the next week! She will not only walk you through houses, but also inform you about what to look for/keep in mind for possible repairs, concerns, and will go out of her way to make sure the house is a fit for us even in this crazy housing market. Can confidently say she is a true "home-buyer" and not a salesperson. Will recommend her to any friends and family in the area for life.

As a first time homebuyer coming into this wild climate I was definitely nervous. The housing market was thin and everything was going for higher than ask. We worked with Kim, who understood what offers are being accepted and what weren't and took her advice to a T.
