Kim was perfect. We sent an inquiry to find out the process for putting our house on the market and within 24 hours she was at our home covering the process in-detail and answered all of our questions before leaving us to think about the whole thing. She was very open and honest about the market and the value of our home and did not pressure us in any way at any point and she said that the house would sell in less than 30 days with her aggressive advertising program, which it did! Throughout the entire process she was in constant contact with us and as a dual-military family, she kept us on track to close early at the buyers' request even while we were both away for weeks at a time. She was absolutely the best and her track record speaks for itself. We can't speak highly enough about her and if she handled a dual military family who was out of town most of the time with such ease, she is undoubtedly the right Real Estate Professional for this area!
