Kimberly Mullins-Spano has been active in the South Florida real estate market for over 18 years having extensive sales and marketing experience with two of the largest regional builder/developers. Directing the sales and closings of over 3,500 units, Spano was responsible for completion of 25 residential communities, extending from Homestead to Orlando, representing over $1 billion in home sales. Responsibilities included the management of all aspects of the home selling experience – from product development, community advertising, contract execution, homeowner & condominium association documents drafting & recording, and coordination of closings.  

Supervising over 4,200 units, Kimberly Mullins-Spano personally managed 50
associations representing budgets of over $22 million. Responsibilities for the Associations included budget management, invoicing, resident notices, collections, coordination with attorneys, expenses, contractor negotiations and organization of all required meetings.  Further authority included developer representation on Community Development Districts as Board of Director member representing the interests of the developer and the community.
