Kim is an incredible Realtor! I have known Kim for many years, and she is someone who truly goes above and beyond for her people. She puts 110% into helping her clients and anyone who gets to work with her is incredibly fortunate. If you’re wondering whether you should hire her, the answer should be a resounding YES! Kim was so helpful and flexible during the entire process. She truly wanted us to find the house that we wanted. She was never pushy and always could answer our questions. We probably saw 20-30 houses and she was always upbeat and happy to be with us. As first time home buyers, we were super greatful. She has also been super helpful even after closing. She wants to help in any way that she can, and we are so grateful we chose her to help us find our first home!

Kim was amazing in selling our home. Helped us see what we needed to do for staging, gave us contacts for painters, etc. Sold our house in 4 days for above our asking price. Then helped us through the process of inspections and closing. And gave us a contact for a realtor in Oklahoma where we wanted to move who was fantastic.
Kim was a rock when things got too stressful and was able to talk me off the ledge. As stressful as selling a home can be, Kim was there to support us through the whole process. Could not have done it without her.
If you want to sell your house, you will find no better.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a professional, kind, knowledgeable, urgent, detailed, caring and protective of her clients lady this individual is. We came to Indianoplis and had only one day to find a home, Kim and my husband and I spend weeks prior picking out priority homes to view one and only one day. She pulled it off on all of them (which is not easy at all), Murphy’s law last house was the one and by the grace of God we now live in our favorite forever home! I could write two-three pages on this classy lady, but I’ll let you have the pleasure of learning for yourself! All I can say is I knew nothing about Indiana or Indianopolis, but through her questions, inquisitiveness, attentiveness she knew exactly where we would love and she was right! You’d be crazy to go with anyone else, plus her positivity is infectious and her ability to work for u and only U is never in question! I’m happy for you in advance if you choose in my lifetime of selling 4 and buying 5 homes, the best realtor I ever met! Have fun as she will with you!

Kim was great to work with. She went to bat for us when issues arose between us and the lender and communicated everything correctly to the seller, and vice versa. She went the extra mile in every way - she coordinated a remote closing for us, scheduled a lock smith to re-key our home since we were out of state and not moved in yet, supplied all references we needed and even dropped off breakfast food for us the morning of our move. In addition, she is such a kind lady and very personable. Would highly recommend working with her!

Kim is a rockstar! She actually went and knocked on the door of the house we liked, and found out that they were going to be listing it soon. Kim Murdock has been great to work with. She is very responsive and works hard to get to know what the buyer wants, she doesn't try to get me to look at homes that I told her I'm not interested in just to get a sale. She has a great personality too, and makes looking at homes fun. I haven't found one yet, but we are still trying.
