We sold our family home that was co-owned by 4 siblings – one of us lived out of state. Kim made the process very easy by keeping everyone informed, traveling to and from co-owners to complete paperwork process, and supporting us given the unexpected passing of a sibling. She was there pitching for us through the entire process from advising us on the best sales and listing approach, holding an open house, negotiating with potential buyers, reassuring us along the way, and assisting with settlement. Kim went above and beyond my expectations; she was able to find the perfect home for us in a very short time and made herself available to us from early in the morning till late in the evening seven days a week. She found the perfect home for us even assisted us in getting financing. I did not have computer access during the search and she was very helpful with everything that had to be done online.
