Kim is the House Whisperer! When we decided it was time to buy our first home together, my husband and I knew there was only one person we could trust. Kim took every aspect of our lives into consideration while looking for our home. Very chill and always available for any question/ issue we had. She kept us calm and on track. Took just about all the stress out of our homebuying experience! Not only did she find us the perfect location, she also found us a Gem of a home that had everything on our list and then some for less than we had anticipated. We could not be more grateful for all of her hard work!

Kimm is AMAZING. My husband and I looked for close to a year and Kimm was so incredibly helpful and patient. Over the course of the year we went through a roller coaster of life changes that impacted our search. Kimm was like a mom to us through it all, helping us pivot and reassuring us (many times 😅) that we would find the house meant for us. Now that we are (finally!) in our home, she’s gone above and beyond and put us in touch with or given us referrals to people who can help us with anything we need (landscaping, etc). If you’re looking for the best realtor (and an amazing human), you can stop looking now 👏

Kim was our realtor when my partner and I bought our first home and she made the process as smooth as possible. Buying a home can be such a stressful process but Kim was always available to answer our questions and walk us through anything we did not understand. Having a realtor you can fully rely on and trust to help you make the best decision for your future is such an important part of the process, and Kim proved that to be true. I would recommend her to a first time home buyer or someone who has gone through the process a hundred times!

If you’re looking for an amazing realtor to hold your hand through this insane market, Kimm is your girl! She is extremely responsive and was able to answer all of our many questions that come with being a first time buyer. She listened to us, and easily understood our wants and needs for our family. After many weekends spent together and rejected offers, her dedication to finding our home never wavered. Because of her we just closed on our beautiful home!
