Kimberly Saward

Kimberly Saward holds the distinction of being a top producer and a year-to-date leader as a Realtor. No doubt both goals were achieved because of her simple but powerful work philosophy and action step – she's happy to help and appreciates each client. Kimberly attributes her success to her ability to anticipate the needs of her clients and her propensity to be kind and thoughtful. Her thoroughness, attention to detail, and the professional staging and photography she provides for each listing, which she feels make her unique from others in her profession, enhance her client service and process. Kimberly brings personal life skills to the business of home buying and selling as she has moved, purchased and sold homes state to state and within Texas. Additionally, her prior role as a stay-at-home mom has made her a "great project manager." Kimberly is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors® Political Action Committee (TREPAC) and a supporter of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. In addition to homes, architecture and interior design, her other loves include decorating, exercising, gardening and good eating. She is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma and proudly claims Galveston as her home. She and her husband have two children.
