I have called southern Ohio my home my entire life. Real estate has been a passion of mine since I was in my early 20s when I began a rehab on an old farmhouse outside of New Richmond that had spectacular architectural details and history as an apple orchard since the civil war, but was slowly being lost to neglect. Not only was this house one of the best places I ever called Home, but it showed me even at a young age that real estate is one of the best investments a person can make and also one of the most important assets a family will have- for a variety of reasons.
