We found Kimberly by luck - I was Googling real estate agents in the upper Fairfield County and happened upon Kimberly's profile. From our first conversation, I knew we would be in good hands. She spent nearly 45 minutes talking to me, asking questions and trying to understand what our family needed. From there on out, she was incredible. She made herself available to us at all times, even for what I thought were silly questions, Kim was always there with a knowledgeable response! Looking at homes is like a 2nd job, and we looked at a LOT of houses. When we walked into "our" home, we knew it. And Kim knew it - She guided us along the process and was jumping for joy right along us when our offer was accepted! I have to say, the entire process was seamless. Kimberly and her team at William Raveis were so helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. As first time home-buyers, we put our trust in Kimberly to help us find the right home, and she never tried to sell us on something that wasn't right for us. I would recommend her over and over again. Kimberly went from our real estate agent to a forever friend.
