Kim is a great realtor. She was very helpful with our home search. Before we left Colirado, Kim showed us houses via video chat and did showings with our Marietta family. Kim made purchasing a home clear across the country a breeze! From our first call, she was attentive and took note of what we were looking for. Just days later, Kim contacted us with details on what would turn out to be our forever home! She had listened, reached out to other realtors about what we were looking for, and located our forever home! Thanks to Kim, before our new home could hit the market, we had our offer in and were flying across the country to view it! Kim worked with us while we sold our other home across the country. She did fantastic at connecting us to others we'd need to be connected with prior to closing for everything from our lender, insurance companies and the title company. She made sure closing could happen around our travel/arrival times and in the town that best worked for us!

I do not even know where to begin with how helpful Kimberly has been with my house buying experience. As a first time home buyer who knew NOTHING, my realtor quickly became my mother. From 3 am messages about houses to begin with, to multiple calls and texts a day letting me know what was going on and mainly not to panic because everything was going okay. She led me thru everything with my lender, explained anything I had a question about along the way, and pretty much babied me up until the moment I was signing papers. I could not have asked for a better person to guide me thru the home buying experience. 10/10 would recommend!
