Kimberly Snead

Kimberly has lived in the Northern Virginia area for most of her life. She grew up in Vienna, as an avid equestrian spent many weekends in Great Falls, attended College in Southern Virginia, married, and lived in Fairfax/Fair Oaks, Ashburn and has resided in the Haymarket area for the last 18 years. Having a mother who was a realtor and a real estate investor, she has been exposed to real estate her entire life. Her mother continues to be her mentor with over 40 years of experience dealing with some of the most complex transactions. Her passion for real estate is true as is her dedication to making sure your real estate transaction, whether buying or selling, is smooth and hassle-free as possible. Kimberly began her professional career in IT with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1994 (How did she get there as a biology major, you might ask?? She would be happy to share her story. After living in Fairfax for a few years, her husband and she moved to Ashburn in 2000 where their first son, Cole, was born. In 2002, My family moved to Haymarket where they later welcomed their second son, Grayson, in 2004. Falling in love with Haymarket, they reside here still today. They are extremely active in their community having participated in the local events and organizations including Park Valley Church, Piedmont Golf Club, many years of Baseball...and still going (Stars Baseball, Bull Run Middle, Battlefield and GHBL), GBA Basketball, and several years with their sons in Grizzly football.

Kimberly's passion for real estate started at an early age as she grew up supporting her mother's own real estate business; stuffing marking envelopes as tween, helping to renovated rental properties and in her early 20s began helping to create listing marketing materials. Later, she was responsible for the management of the family's investment properties, took the real estate licensure course, and enjoyed exploring all the new communities that were emerging all over Northern Virginia. Today she continues to manage their vacation property in Bethany Beach, including all property management and marketing and enjoy working and learning from every transaction that she has been fortunate enough and stepping through the dour of the NVAR's Top Producer's Club for consecutive years.
