About Kimberly

Kimberly St. Laurent is a full-time Realtor, helping clients purchase and sell homes in beautiful Southern Maryland. Her real estate career began in 2010 in Ohio, when a Navy transfer sent her family from Calvert County to Dayton. In 2016, she returned to her native Maryland, and resides in St. Mary’s County. Having moved many times herself, Kimberly puts her first-hand experience to work for you.

Meeting new people and forging long-term relationships is the highlight of Kimberly’s work. She searches tirelessly with buyers during the house-hunting process and collaborates diligently with sellers to develop an effective marketing plan to sell their home for the best possible price and terms. She strives to make her clients' moving experience positive and engaging. Given Kimberly’s personal experience as a 25-year military spouse, combined with her professional experience representing a military and relocation clientele, she knows what it takes to make transitions seamless, and believes that setting expectations is the key to a successful transaction. She especially enjoys collaborating with out-of-town buyers, and she will try her best to make their transfer to SOMD/NAS Patuxent River as smooth as possible.

Kimberly has a BS in Mass Communication from Towson, and earned her Teaching Certification in Secondary English, from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2008. She is a proud mom and tries to visit her two daughters living in Florida, and her son in California, as often as possible. She enjoys kayaking on St. Jerome’s Creek, sailing, and hiking at St. Mary’s Lake and Calvert Cliffs.
