Kim is a treasure! We are so fortunate to have worked with her because of her knowledge, enthusiasm, and determination. Any questions we had about the home buying process, Kim answered truthfully, thoroughly and quickly. If we were excited about a house, Kim pointed out the positives (and areas of concern) and encouraged us to imagine making that house our home. When our hunt stalled, Kim rallied behind us and let us know that she was still looking for our new home. Finally, when we found our house Kim was just as hopeful and excited as we were to have found "the one".

Throughout the home buying process, dealing with the lender and the waiting to close; Kim responded to our concerns, offered helpful advice, and made us feel that she really cares. She kept me calm when I was anxious and made me laugh whenever we were together. Kim is a realtor I trust and would highly recommend!

Working with Kim is a DREAM COME TRUE!! Yes I know very cliche.. but I truly mean this. As a Vet I look for people to part of a unit when making major decisions and she had our backs 24/7 . There are few people that I would say have her level of Pride Discipline, Commitment and Respect.

If you're looking for someone to be a team member in making a major decision like buying a house, Kim Ule and her team are who you want to enlist.

Kim helped my niece from TN with her transition to Ohio. She is a single mom who had to find a home for her and her son sight unseen. Kim was wonderful! She not only went above and beyond finding homes for the family here in Ohio to look at, she was patient with all of us. There were times that family members wanted to see houses a couple of times before moving on to the next one. Kim was accommodating and patient. She in knowledgeable in the field and kind in her heart. I would highly recommend Kim Ule at Krsch Realty.
