About Kimberly

After obtaining her real estate license, Kimberly and a partner formed their own company and purchased, remodeled and sold homes. She was also a key contributor in her family’s real estate development business where her principal achievement was administering the design and development of a 1920s warehouse building in downtown Houston into a 29 unit loft. This project honed her skills in architectural design, construction and interior appointments.

Kimberly holds the National Association of Realtors GREEN and the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designations and has sold real estate across Houston and the surrounding areas including Tiki Island, The Galleria area and The Woodlands. Her love for interior design helps her to guide buyers to see the potential in a home and sellers to enhance the beauty of their existing home for a top-dollar sales price. Kimberly enjoys finding a home that the right fit or her clients. She understands that a home is a huge investment and commitment and she is dedicated to helping her clients maximize their return on investment.

A believer in helping her community, Kimberly has contributed to various local and national charities including the Buddy Program, Toys for Tots, The Salvation Army, Purple Heart, and The Texas Coastal Cattle Women Association. She has served as co-chair for the Rose Ribbon Foundation, a non-profit organization benefiting women who cannot afford breast augmentation after breast cancer surgery. She has been a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo since 2007 and serves on the Trailblazer's committee. In addition, Kimberly has been a member of the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce, HLSR Poultry Committee, the Krewe de la Knoblesse for 17 years, Phi Mu Sorority Alumni and Houston Oilers Cheerleaders Alumni. .

Kimberly graduated from McNeese State University with a degree in fashion merchandising. When not working, she enjoys her family, friends, interior design and remodeling, event planning, entertaining, daily exercise, and traveling the world. She is a proud mother of one daughter.
