Kimberly Weaver

Kimberly has been licensed for over 30 years with experience in Residential and Commercial sales and listings. She specializes in the Triad area and has had the pleasure to work with hundreds of clients offering top-notch service and expertise.

Kimberly has lived in the Triad for 20 years and have been married for 30 years to Doug Weaver. She has two wonderful sons, Harrison & Jonathan and an awesome daughter-in-law, Taylor. She also has a license and experience in the mortgage industry so she is able to offer knowledgeable assistance to her clients when needed. She work with investors, first time buyers, sellers and experienced buyers. Kimberly has worked in Commercial and Residential Real Estate as well as the Mortgage industry for 30+ years. She grew up outside of Raleigh and moved to Charlotte where she began a career in Commercial Real Estate. Upon relocating to the Winston area, Kimberly made a switch into the Mortgage sector for 10 years before transitioning back into Residential Real Estate.
