About Kimberly

Kimberly Williams, Realtor/Broker is a Kansas native. Her genealogy goes back many years in the city of Lawrence. Her great-great grandfather was instrumental in the construction of the historic Castle Tea Room, County Courthouse, and other Kansas University buildings. Her step-father owned an award-winning construction company in which she was an integral part of over the years.

She has over 25 years of public relations experience. She was employed by Continental Airlines as an International Flight Attendant. She attended flights to London, Paris, Rome, Japan, and Hawaii to name a few. She received the Civilian Desert Shield and Desert Storm Medal by flying troops to King Faad, Saudi Arabia.

In Austin, TX, Kimberly was the Sales & Marketing Director for Corporate Lodging Hotels, owned two businesses called Absolutely Organized and Cravotta Studios, an interior design studio in which she gained valuable knowledge which helps her clients today in staging and preparing a home for sale.

In 2005, she received the Kansas Salesperson Real Estate license and in 2007, the Real Estate Broker’s License. In 2009, she transferred her license to McGrew Real Estate, the largest and most established Real Estate Company in Lawrence, Kansas.
