Born and raised in the heart of Nashville, Kinard's life is rooted in Tennessee. With his knowledge of middle Tennessee and his desire to serve his clients to the highest of my capability, it is easy to see how Kinard has been growing his clientele and how he achieved million-dollar seller status by his third year as a Realtor. Kinard comes from a hard-working background. With two Nigerian parents, Kinard has always known how to make things happen no matter the obstacles. Whether it is being resourceful to find new innovative ways to solve a problem or putting in extra hours to ensure that a deal gets closed, Kinard will get the job done.
