Kira Sandmeyer Woods has been in Real estate since 2004. She prides herself on offering different types of services which are customized to the buyer or seller's needs. Not all buyers or sellers need the same services, so it is important that they pay for only what they need. From 2010 to 2017 Kira flipped many distressed homes which has given her a unique set of knowledge and skills in the building and renovation arena. She also owns and maintains her own portfolio of rental properties. Because of her vast experience in all things real estate, she brings a higher level of service to her customers and clients than most Realtors. Kira has been a top producer since the year she started and holds not only a broker's license for her own firm but also the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. She also completed her masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2008.
