I can't say enough about Kirk Chatman. He is literally the best realtor I've ever worked with and that is saying a lot since I know and have worked with many of them.

Kirk helped me prepare three homes for sale all at the same time!

Kirk was able to provide me contact information for when I needed a tree removed and a new one planted, painting the outside of a home or just pain old contractors to come in and handle the things I could not on my own.

I will never use another realtor.
