Kirk Iverson

Kirk supplies the vision and enthusiasm as the Team Lead of the Divercity Group! He was raised in North Dallas and brings a "local's" knowledge of the DFW area to the table. He attended Richland College studying Business Management until he realized that his entrepreneurial spirit had taken over. Kirk has lived in several different suburbs of Dallas and over the years worked in and gained an incredible understanding of just about every industry specific to residential real estate to include general maintenance / contracting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, foundation repair and roofing. This knowledge has given him a huge advantage over most agents, especially when it comes to assessing condition, repairs and ultimately the value of properties. Kirk has a genuine passion for helping people in general and loves to get out to meet new friends every chance he gets. He has an insatiable appetite for living and enjoys travelling and just about every outdoor activity to include concerts, festivals, motorcycle riding, camping, boating, both water and snow skiing, sky diving, roller coasters and much more! Kirk has a beautiful wife Cindy, who is both his life & business partner, a son, daughter and 3 wonderful grandchildren.. Both Kirk & his wife Cindy are also Licensed in Mexico and have a Full Service Real Estate Team in Cabo San Lucas that specializes in Investment properties, second homes and much more.
