Kirk was wonderful to work with as both our realtor and loan officer! It was such a great experience having the same person be our realtor and loan officer because he was able to consider our financial information/needs as we looked at potential homes and discussed offers. He kept us informed about changing interest rates as well as new and available houses on the market. Overall, Kirk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, upfront, and was able to find us a great home within our desired location that fit in our price range. He really cared about us and understood our wants and needs, and gave us valuable advice and support throughout the entire buying process. Kirk made the nightmare of finding a home during a housing bubble painless and easy.
