For more than ten years before joining Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley, Kirk invested in real estate, improved the properties and sold them at market value. He’s always been up to speed on current market trends and the latest consumer preferences. His background has been enhanced by his many personal purchase and re-sale experiences. His depth of product knowledge and deal-making skills enable him to appreciate his clients’ wants and needs so that he can help them buy or sell to their best advantage.
After graduating from Santa Clara University with a degree in economics, Kirk played professional baseball. The lessons he learned during his years in the minor leagues, such as how to be a team player, how to be persistent, how to pay attention to details, and how to follow-through, all apply to Kirk and the way he operates his real estate business.
