Kirk VanHee

Kirk is a lifetime resident of Colorado and has been a Colorado Real Estate Broker since 1975. He came to Slifer & Company in 1987 and continues his highly successful career with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. He has been awarded the number one listing and producing Broker for the Vail office several times and has received the coveted Eagle award several times over his career.

Throughout his career Kirk has been associated with some of the most prestigious developments in the Vail Valley, which include being the listing broker for the incomparable Pilgrim Downs community in Lake Creek, listing broker of 100 homesites in the Singletree Golf Course community, co-listing broker for the prestigious Mountain Star development and the co-lister of the incredible Red Sky Ranch golf community which is comprised of two championship golf courses. Kirk is also the owner of VanHee Properties in Denver, Colorado.

Kirk is the Co-Founder of the Vail Board of Realtors, serving as its original vice president and director during the early years of its formation. Kirk has served on boards such as Meet the Wilderness and Eagle County Charter Academy.

Kirk resides in Wolcott with his wife and their three daughters and enjoys all the Vail Valley has to offer: skiing, golf, bicycling, hunting, and fishing.
