Real estate has been part of my life since 1993 when my husband and I bought our first condo. After a few years, we thought it would be a good idea to start investing in another property and become landlords. It was one of the best things we could have done. After growing up on the north shore my husband and I moved up to Lake County in 2001 to make this area our home and have our children go to school here. We love the area. After moving here and buying 2 more homes I decided to get my real estate license because after buying homes I knew what was important to me as a realtor. I am a realtor/property manager that has a group of great people that get your home closed. From the mortgage broker, home inspector, attorney, I have a great team. I care about finding the right home that you want to live in forever or just a few years. I know what is needed for investment properties to make the most profit. I am also very passionate about giving back to our heroes aka military, teachers, police, firefighter, along emergency medical. I am part of the Home for Heroes program which gives back to the people that put their lives on the line for us every day. With over 30 years of customer service, I am here to help the first time home buyer that never thought they could buy their first home, to the seasoned buyer that wants to downsize or go up in size. Also, the investor wants to buy another rental property. I am here to make your home buying experience easy and with a smooth closing.
