Kit was fantastic to work with. As a first time buyer, trying to buy in the midst of COVID, she was a great choice for me because she helped explain to me what was happening in the market and helped to manage my expectations. She was very responsive to my requests for showings and asked all the right questions when we were looking at properties. She has been in the business for a long time and also helped me find a good lender, lawyer, and handyman. I would highly recommend Kit to other first time buyers!

Kit helped me sell my first home, and it was truly a pleasure to work with her. She was extremely proactive, but also very understanding about my concerns (we started discussions during the height of COVID). She provided honest feedback about the watch-outs as I lived in an old building and the transparency made the process much smoother. Highly recommend Kit to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Not only does Kit have a wealth of knowledge about the housing market and Chicago neighborhoods, but she's also a great negotiator and super pleasant/fun to work with. She has a ton of resources too (interior designers, professional organizers, packing and moving services), so working with her is like getting a package deal.

Kit was so fantastic to work with. We were planning ahead to buy our first home by 2021 and met with Kit to get acquainted with the process of looking for place to be prepared. We were worried that we were going to be wasting her time by meeting so early but she assured us that the right thing would happen at the right moment and with her help and her team's guidance, we ended up being able to buy the perfect place in just over a year. Kit was supportive and diligent, she listened to what we needed without steering or judging but also offered other possibilities when it seemed we were thinking a bit narrow. Kit is warm, fun, relaxed and on point. I'd highly recommend her as an agent.

I got Kit's information from a friend and had a call scheduled within days. She helped me by talking through priorities (with a reality check or two on parking or laundry) and then gave me instructions for narrowing down my search. In one day we visited eight places - incredibly convenient for me, short on weekend time and planning time -- and then Kit facilitated a follow-up with another, less communicative place. I was able to secure the perfect place with minimal fuss, moved in last Monday, and couldn't be happier.
