She went hard from the first time we spoke on finding me my home. And when we found it, she went as hard to get me approved which I did on the same day we put an application in! I literally feel like I didn’t have to do anything . She explained everything and did all the work. Still to this day she is available whenever I have questions!

I had a great experience working with Kiva, she was so helpful with everything. She is very professional and friendly as well. Anything I didn’t think of, she did. She was always available by phone or text to answer any questions and if she didn’t have an answer right then, she would have an answer for you soon. She stepped in and helped me out in a situation where I needed to put my house on the market and she never missed a beat and made the situation have a better outcome than I originally thought it could have.
