I Highly recommend Klaudia Marian to anyone who needs to sell their home quickly and efficiently. I had previously listed my condo with another agent for 8 months. Klaudia sold it in 1 week! She made the listing sparkle and also advised me on how to spruce up my place, it was not in great shape after 8 months of unsuccessful showings with a different agent. She always made herself available to fit my hectic schedule and was really easy to work with. I found Klaudia to be very thorough and responsive in regards to the whole closing process. She helped me understand and complete each step. I commented several times on her professionalism throughout this process. She also recomended a great repair person for needed repairs after inspection and even dropped off the needed receipts with the buyers legal team. Klaudia is knowledgeable and Veeery thorough!
