Koa was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and has lived in Northern Colorado for 31 years. She engages in the local community and enjoys helping others find their home there. In 2019, she began her real estate career and currently works for LIV Sotheby's International Realty. Prior to starting her real estate career, she worked as a paralegal, with a focus on estate planning and personal injury. Her work in the legal field equipped her for her current work in real estate, as she has experience exercising critical thinking skills, negotiation, people skills, empathy, critical thinking, honesty, and integrity. Her decades of living in Northern Colorado mean she is extremely familiar with the local market. She enjoys playing “matchmaker” with clients, listening to their unique stories, and assessing how they can reach their individual goals. She lives in Berthoud with her husband, Brad, their son, Kasyn, and their daughter, Bodhi. In her free time, she enjoys watching her kids play sports and staying active outdoors through hiking, running, paddle boarding, hunting, and camping. She gives back to the community by coaching youth athletics and volunteering with Be the Gift Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. She is also an ambassador for the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.
