I've been in the Houston area since 1982 and have seen and experienced the ups and downs of the Housing industry. I'm a big fan of the Houston Texans, Astros and the Rockets and have experienced their ups and downs as well !!

I love to help first time home buyers as I enjoy taking them step by step of the home buying process. One of my favorite experiences was with client who was a single mother, working 2 jobs, and having not so good credit. I worked with her from the first time I got the call from her. Although it took us almost 8 months, in the end, she was able to buy a brand new house with my help, her hard work and lots of prayers. In her phone contacts list, I'm listed as 'My Angel'. That's the kind of stories I like to cherish about my first time home buyers.
