Kostas Giannikoulis

With 24 Years in the real estate industry, starting with Coldwell Banker in 2002, Kostas opened his own real estate brokerage, 3 Sixty Properties, in 2007 with four agents under his team. In July 2020, he transitioned to @properties to team up with Chicagoland's real estate market leader.

Kostas grew up in Arlington Heights, graduated from Prospect High School, and currently lives in Park Ridge. Kostas specializes in condominiums and townhomes along with over ten years of foreclosure, auction, and investment property experience. With a heavy focus on the Northwest side of the Suburbs, he also has over five years of experience in the River North, West Loop, and South Loop Chicago markets.
