Kourtney was referred to us through a friend and I am so glad she chose to work with us! We bought our first home in the crazy Denver-area market - it was very emotional, stressful, and several times I wanted to quit, but Kourtney held strong and dealt with all of our anxiety, questions, and temper tantrums (haha). We are so glad we had someone as patient, kind, and caring as Kourtney to help us find our first home. She answered all of our (at times) silly questions and helped educate us on the whole process. Kourtney is not only an amazing/effective realtor but also an awesome person! Shes a great listener and will hustle to get the job done for you! We worked with kourtney 2 years ago to sell our house in Parker (we had around 30 offers!) and to buy our dream home in the mountains in Evergreen. Traditionally, you have to work with an Evergreen realtor to get a house here because its such a niche market..this didnt stop her-she elbowed her way in and got us the house we wanted! I would absolutely recommend Kourtney to friends and family!
