Paula originally hails from Galway, Ireland. She has been involved in real estate for over twenty years. She began her career with McCormack and Scanlan and co-founded the Love Live Boston team with Karen McCormack. Paula works with both buyers and sellers and specializes in Jamaica Plain, West Roxbury, Roslindale, Dedham, Norwood, and Milton. She is an expert at working with her clients to maximize the value of their property and prepare it for the market. She is second to none in pricing analysis and her knowledge of construction and home systems will help you effectively navigate the home inspection and negotiation process. Paula has also had great success working with developers and homeowners on the condo conversion process. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Her clients and team members appreciate her high energy, great sense of humor, and persistence. She is a proud advocate of women’s sports especially her native sports of Camogie and Gaelic Football. An avid athlete and competitor herself, Paula spends her occasional free time on her bike, playing pickleball at the South Street courts, on the golf course, or tending to her garden.

Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Brookline, and Hyde Park have always been Karen's backyard. Being a Jamaica Plain Native, Karen knows the area like the back of her hand and has been representing clients in and around those areas since 1993.

Opening McCormack and Scanlan Real Estate with childhood friend, Colleen Scanlan, only seemed natural to Karen who wanted to offer next-level quality service to all homeowners and potential buyers within and around the Boston area. They are now joining forces with Insight Realty Group, where they will continue traditions and expand upon their business.
