Kris Dumke

Kris, a Florida native, lives in Downtown St. Petersburg and specializes in Pinellas and Eastern Hillsborough County. He is the managing broker for Bridgewater Commercial. Kris learned his marketing knowledge from the University of South Florida, graduating as a Provost’s Scholar. Kris has real estate experience ranging from industrial development land, to retail sales and leasing. He is currently in the process of earning his CCIM designation. Kris grew up living and working on his family’s blueberry farm in Plant City where he developed a great understanding of running a small business. He comes from an entrepreneurial family who has a history of investing in commercial real estate in Tampa. Kris began his real estate career in 2015 and started Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate in 2018.
