Kris grew up in the Los Angeles area and started his sales habit at the age of 12 selling basketball cards and candy to kids in his neighborhood. He has continued his performance and has built a successful career in real estate and mortgage loans prior to starting Capital Management Realty along with his partners.

Upon its inception, Capital Management Realty has successfully created a winning culture for all of its clients, in large part thanks to Kris’ contribution and dedication to ensure that all of their needs are being respected and met. He has worked in every aspect of the industry representing buyers, sellers, investors, and banks in the residential market.
