Kris Jones goes above and beyond for her clients! She is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and has a great, fun personality.
She understands not only the in’s and outs of being a superb realtor but also takes into consideration the emotions of the buyer or seller.
She was in constant supportive contact with us during our emotional roller coaster of buying our home. She answered every text or email almost immediately and didn’t stop working for us even when she was on vacation!

Kris Jones is a warm, knowledgeable and extremely dedicated real estate agent. She helped us purchase a home, during the WORST competitive seller’s market we have ever experienced! We have bought & sold 3 prior homes and still felt her knowledge about contract real estate offer writing was invaluable with the current state of the Real Estate Market.

Kris Jones was able to guide us through the home buying process using her set of unique communication and secret real estate agent skills in order to give us an edge and get us into an actual escrow contract. The home we finally were able to purchase had received no fewer than 12 other offers! Thankfully, Kris Jones had the working knowledge and experience which allowed us to have an edge in the home-buying process.

She was very emotionally supportive throughout the home buying process. Now, we were not happy to discover that buying a home in 2021, often felt like a shark feeding frenzy with 20 buyers for 1 house in a crazy Seattle South Puget Sound Area Seller’s Market. This is where Kris’s unique skills and knowledge of the way deals are put together was very helpful. I do not think we would have been able to get our house without her help and all her experience. For this particular market, we needed someone with a lot of experience on how the seller’s market game is for buyers. While we were upset to discover how ruthless the market had become, Kris was able to guide us through the bumpy process and help us write a winning offer. Kris is the type of Real Estate Agent who takes extra classes on how to get the winning contract, and in this current market frenzy, you definitely need this type of dedicated agent who can help you get a house!

We wanted a Real Estate agent who cared about us, and Kris Jones was invested in our family and got to know our entire family including each of our children & grandma! She was ten million times better than the random, impersonal Tour agents who you meet once (through Online real estate apps) and we were thrilled to have an actual traditional working client relationship with an agent like her. She became a family friend while helping us through the intense home buying process, She was willing to do virtual tours for us while we were out of the area, and was extremely dedicated to showing us different homes and she got to know our tastes. She really held our hand through the home-buying process, which you definitely need in today’s 2021 competitive market.

You will be quite lucky to have her as your agent, she is a rare gem!
