Kris Kerr knows the importance of customer service. Every client is significant, no matter how big or small, and Kris strives to make sure each client receives excellent service as they buy or sell their home. She has lived in Denver for over 12 years and has a thorough knowledge of Denver communities, neighborhoods and schools. Kris and her family have moved frequently because of job relocation and Kris understands the challenges of moving to a new city or leaving your home for new opportunities. Prior to Kris’ career in real estate, she was one of the owners of Ad-In, The Tennis Shop at Greenwood Tennis Center. She has also managed special events and served as a volunteer liaison for the American Diabetes Association, managed public policy conferences for members of Congress, and was a sales associate for Pottery Barn. Kris graduated from Westover School in Middlebury, Connecticut and received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia.
Active in the community, Kris is a member of the Junior League of Denver, Colorado Ballet and Girls Inc. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Ballet Auxiliary, Kris is also a volunteer at St. Anne’s Episcopal School. Kris is an avid skier and enjoys playing tennis, working-out, reading and spending time with her husband and two children.
