Kris Koliss

Kris is the broker/owner of Paramount Realty Group. She has been a Realtor since 2002, starting her career with her Mom, Fran, at RE/MAX Executive Realty in Grafton MA. In 2006, Kris and Fran decided to open Paramount Realty Group to expand their already great customer service.

Kris’ belief is that exceptional customer service and knowledgeable consulting are the key components to assisting clients. She is there from the beginning to the end of each transaction, guiding her clients through any obstacles that may arise. Her finance background & knowledge of the current markets enable her clients to make sound choices in line with their values.

Kris has been a huge proponent of the Realtor brand since she first got involved with the Realtor Association of Central Mass back in 2007. The National Association of Realtors is the largest trade association in the country with over 1.2 million members. There is a Code of Ethics all Realtors have to abide by, raising the professionalism in the industry. All agents at Paramount Realty Group have to join the association and become a Realtor. Kris was so inspired by the brand she was the 2016 President of RACM while serving 7 consecutive years on the board of directors prior to that. She believes real estate is a career and not a job. Professionalism is key when dealing with clients & colleagues.

In addition to being the President of the board she has volunteered on the following committees: Government Affairs, Golf, Nominating, Professional Standards, Professional Development & Community Action while chairing a few. She holds the following designations: Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Negotiation Specialist & Certified Residential Specialist. Kris has also been certified with the Commitment to Excellence by the National Association of Realtors.

Kris lives with her longtime partner, Eric, and their two dogs, Oakey & Barley in Grafton, MA. She enjoys cooking, writing, travelling, & helping her agents be the best they can be!
